Right of withdrawal & voluntary right of return
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at support@aeroslumber.de by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
We cannot accept used, soiled or damaged items.
Personalized items are excluded from exchange and withdrawal.
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB (German Civil Code) (or the corresponding EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products whose seal has been removed after delivery. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products cannot be taken back or refunded once the packaging has been opened.
Voluntary 30-day right of return
We are 100% convinced of the quality of our goods. In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we therefore grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.
The fastest way to return an item
Contact our support at support@aeroslumber,de and describe your request. Once we have approved your return, we will send you the return address by email.
We urgently ask you not to send any goods back to us without notice. They will not be accepted. Please contact our support first. Please do not send goods back to us carriage forward (postage unpaid).
If your goods arrived damaged, please contact us by email and attach photos documenting the damage to the product. If the package is already visibly damaged on the outside, have the damage recorded by the delivery driver.
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.
